The bill (Reg. No. 2255a) suggests specify the procedure of providing advertising services to the Civil Protection Service; awarding private corps and senior officers; the procedure of inclusion to the lists of people's assessor and jury; the scope of application of the Law “On State Procurement” (re goods, works and services provided for solving the problem of disaster recovery, etc.)
It is suggested amend a number of laws of Ukraine.
Committee members believe that use of the term “bodies and subdivisions of civil protection” should be adjusted to the terminology, which, in certain cases, is used in the Code of Civil Protection.
